At the grave risk of sounding extremely selfish, crazy with a micro outlook, I would like to say that unless the needs of the one are satisfied, the needs of the many can never be satiated.

i dont know..dont identify myself with people with this outlook.....me being selfish would/should ideally be so understated it would seem like a selfless act..even to myself..
but...to each one his own
